When should it arrive?
Handling normally takes 1-3 UK business days. Tracked delivery from our fulfilment partner in China normally takes a further 12-20 business days, for an estimated total of 13-23 business days.
Can I return it?
After ordering opens, most unused products will be eligible for return within 30 days after delivery. A monitored customer-care route will issue the authorised return address before anything is sent. That address may be in the United Kingdom or China, and change-of-mind return postage will normally be paid by the customer.
What exactly is included?

Are the dimensions and selected variant final?
Not yet. Supplier-level SKU, dimensions, variant, materials, stock and safety data still require final verification, so ordering remains closed.
Is the product exactly as shown?
