Shipping and delivery

Clear timing for products dispatched from our fulfilment partners in China to customers in the United Kingdom.

Last updated 10 August 2026

Where we plan to deliver

When ordering opens, the planned service area is valid addresses in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We do not plan to deliver to PO boxes, BFPO addresses or addresses outside the United Kingdom unless a product page expressly says otherwise. The final service area will be confirmed before checkout opens.

Order handling

After launch, accepted orders are expected to require 1-3 UK business days for verification, preparation and handover to the carrier. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and UK public holidays.

Orders containing more than one item may be dispatched separately. Separate parcels will not create extra delivery charges after checkout.

Delivery timing

After dispatch, tracked delivery is expected to take 12-20 business days. The planned total from order acceptance is therefore 13-23 business days.

These will be estimates, not guaranteed appointment dates. Weather, customs processing, carrier disruption, remote locations and peak periods can cause delays. Before payment, checkout will show the delivery period that applies to the order, including where it exceeds 30 calendar days.

Delivery charges

The planned standard tracked UK delivery charge is £3.95, with free delivery when the merchandise subtotal is £50 or more after discounts. Final charges and any product-specific rate will be displayed before payment.

Tracking

After launch, an available tracking reference will be sent by email. It may take 2-5 business days after dispatch for the carrier's first scan to appear. A lack of early scans will not necessarily mean the parcel has not moved.

Taxes, VAT and customs

Ordering will remain closed until the checkout can show the full payable amount and state who is responsible for any import VAT, customs duty or carrier charge. We will not ask a customer to commit to pay while landed-cost responsibility is unresolved.

After launch, customers will be responsible for giving a correct address and responding to any lawful carrier or customs request.

Delays, loss and failed delivery

Before ordering opens, a monitored customer-care route and carrier investigation process will be published. Where goods are lost, not delivered within an agreed essential deadline, or otherwise require a remedy under law, the applicable replacement, cancellation or refund will be offered.

Additional postage caused by an incomplete address, refusal, or failure to collect may be deducted only where lawful and clearly supported by the carrier's evidence.
