About us
This store is operated by KABOOLY LTD, trading as Useful Standard, company number 15653819, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 23 Carisbrooke House, Seven Kings Way, Royal Quarter, Kingston Upon Thames, United Kingdom, KT2 5BS. Who may order
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. You must provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and use an authorised payment method.
Products
We take reasonable care with photographs, colours, descriptions and measurements. Screens and small manufacturing batches can create minor variation. Product-specific safety, compatibility, material and care information forms part of the description and should be reviewed before ordering.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling. Live customer checkout is not currently active. Before ordering opens, delivery charges, applicable taxes, secure payment options and the full payable amount will be shown before the final purchase action. Stripe is the planned payment provider; full card and wallet credentials are entered on Stripe's hosted checkout and are not stored by us.
Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We acknowledge receipt by email, but the contract is formed only when we send an acceptance or dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel before acceptance for stock, pricing, payment, fraud-screening, delivery or legal reasons. If money was taken, it will be refunded.
Delivery and risk
Products may dispatch from fulfilment partners in China. The applicable origin, handling period and delivery estimate are shown before payment. Our general estimate is 1-3 business days handling plus 12-20 business days delivery. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or a person you nominate.
Cancellation, returns and refunds
The Returns and refunds policy forms part of these terms. It explains our 30-day commercial return window and your statutory cancellation and consumer rights.
Our responsibility
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach. We are not responsible for business losses where you purchase as a consumer.
Events outside reasonable control
We are not responsible for delay caused by events we could not reasonably control, but we will contact you and take reasonable steps to reduce the effect. Your legal rights concerning serious or prolonged delay remain available.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you keep the benefit of mandatory consumer protections and may bring proceedings in the courts available to you. A monitored complaint route will be published before ordering opens so customers can seek a prompt resolution.
