Handling normally takes 1-3 UK business days. Tracked delivery from our fulfilment partner in China normally takes a further 12-20 business days, for an estimated total of 13-23 business days.

After ordering opens, most unused products will be eligible for return within 30 days after delivery. A monitored customer-care route will issue the authorised return address before anything is sent. That address may be in the United Kingdom or China, and change-of-mind return postage will normally be paid by the customer.
